Having lived on three different continents and studied and worked in many countries – France, Norway, Denmark, Canada and India – she understands and appreciates the emotions and challenges of selling a home, relocating and starting anew. Plus, having spent nearly twenty years in Lexington and a few years in Cambridge she has a good understanding of the pulls and pushes of suburban life, schools and commutes in the greater Boston area.
Lotika is very thorough and keeps herself well informed on all aspects of the real estate transaction, to give her clients the edge they require in today’s competitive market. She has two Master’s degrees, one from Harvard University with an emphasis on International Development and Negotiation and the other in Intercultural Relations, from Lesley University. She also has a BSc in Molecular Biology from the Sorbonne in France.
